Bishop JOHN is the Antiochian Bishop for Worcester and New England. He is also the editor of The WORD magazine, the official publication of the Antiochian Archdiocese. He is a graduate of St. Vladimir's Seminary (M.Div.) and Pittsburgh Theological School (D.Min) where he studied Pastoral Care. Bishop JOHN oversees the Seminarian and the Clergy Counseling programs for the Antiochian House of Studies. He teaches Priestly Formation for the St. Stephen's Program and Pastoral Counseling at the graduate program of the St. John of Damascus Theological School at Balamand Lebanon. Bishop JOHN is a widower and has three adult children.
Bishop JOHN will speak about who we are as Orthodox Christians and how our identity and spiritual gifts build a safe place for God to heal the people who we are in relationship with. Our spiritual lives are expressed and developed in our Christian ministries. God perfects us as we serve Him and each other.
